- Fees are calculated quarterly in arrears on the average daily market value of the assets under management.
- Fees are pro-rated for any period less than a quarter.
- Statements are rendered at the end of each calendar quarter for the preceding quarter.
- Client may terminate the advisory agreement at any time, pro-rated fee will be due as of date of termination.
- Fees may be charged directly to client or deducted from account.
